August Lunch and Learn Workshop — Anatomy of a Presentation

Very few people like to speak in front of a crowd, but as marketers and business professionals, we might find ourselves having to do just that! Join Cloriza Lomeli as she shares her experience learning how to present with confidence. She will teach you how to prepare and rehearse your presentation, control your fear, begin and conclude a speech, and handle impromptu speaking assignments.

Cloriza is a long time employee-owner of GLHN Architects & Engineers, and was introduced to the fear of public speaking circa 2001. Ever since, she has fought to muster up the courage to stand in front of groups and share information. She is a great example of moving through the panic and putting yourself out there. Now a member of Midtown Toast Pros Club Toastmasters and an instructor for APPA’s Supervisor Toolkit, Cloriza presents at higher education sessions for client organizations, leads staff trainings, and represents the firm at public events.
